How to Write a Book Report

Just like other school papers, it is not an easy task to write a book report.  Book reports are used as a tool for teaching and as well as a professional tool.  Therefore, the writer of the book report has two main addressees.  These are his or her professor and his or her professional peers.

When I write my book report, I made it a point that my professor will notice my analytical skills although he or she may also judge me based on how good I am at addressing a professional audience.  This article is made to help other students in targeting and satisfying their professor and audience of professionals by focusing on the three main concepts.

Although I can also hire professionals to do my report, I find it easier to write my own report with the help of a guideline.  When writing a book report, it is important that you take note of the three main components.  These are the objective, the addressees and the expectations.  When thinking of your objective, you have to understand what you want to achieve in this book report.  The addressees should answer the question “Who are your readers and who are you writing to?”  The expectation component should provide answer to the question “Which expectations do your readers have for your book report?”
