my dad is a renown university professor(physicist), and now he wants to move to Canada with his family.he is 56 now and has a wife and two kids;one of them is American citizen.he also has a brother who is a permanent resident in Canada.my dad resided in Australia for 5 years and in the USA for a year.with the new occupant list, university professor is amongst the 37 occupants Canada need employees now.if he applies for a Canadian immigration visa as a skilled worker would he get the visa anyway.i know its not easy to say but what can you guess from the information i gave above,does he stand a chance?

Canada needs new employees now??? We are in a recession too, just like the rest of the world. I’d recommend having a job lined up first.
